The “domestic section” specialises in the production
of pre-cut polished components for a diverse range of applications.
These include Vacuum Wands, Riser Rails for Shower Manufacturers,
Door Handles for Domestic and Industrial Cookers, Grab Poles,
Brush Handles, Towel Rails, Curtain Poles and Table Legs.
A regular supply route has been created for components in
both the Catering and Hospital Equipment Sectors. In addition,
our Polished Tube is becoming increasingly popular in the
design and manufacture of household furniture.
Working with a variety of grades of Stainless Steel, our
components are generally supplied with polished finishes
ranging from a Satin (320 grit) to a Mirror (600 grit) and
sleeved for protection. Our bespoke factory is capable of
Manipulation which includes cutting and deburring to component
length, bending, end forming, slotting and piercing.
